Medical
Kadiant is proud to offer four comprehensive medical plan options, three offered through UMR, utilizing the United Healthcare Choice Plus network, and one offered through Kaiser Permanente.
We also offer a Mini Med plan for our part-time Team Members working 10 or more hours per week!
Dental
Kadiant provides two Delta Dental plans to choose from. The Base plan offers excellent coverage for most services and procedures, and the premium plan includes a lower deductible, richer coinsurance, a higher annual maximum, and orthodontia coverage.
Vision
Kadiant’s Vision Insurance entitles you to eye care benefits through MetLife, and provides coverage for eye exams and corrective lenses as well as savings on laser vision correction.
Disability
Kadiant provides all full-time Team Members with short and long-term disability income benefits through MetLife.
Life Insurance
Kadiant covers the cost of Basic Term Life/AD&D coverage for all full-time Team Members, and offers voluntary additional coverage for yourself and eligible family members if you determine you need more coverage.
Paid Time Off
All Team members enjoy nine yearly paid holidays, paid sick days, and plenty of paid vacation days to rest and recharge.

Employee Assistance
We know life can be full of hurdles and hardships, so we are proud to offer an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) through Health Advocate. Kadiant covers the cost of this program, and through it Team members can get resources and time-saving help for themselves and family members to assist with financial and legal problems, life transitions, substance abuse, mental health, locating child and eldercare, special needs services, relocation, and more.
